To ensure a seamless recording and a top-tier final product, please note the following guidelines: Technical Standards Audio Quality: Ray records using professional-grade vocal microphones in a treated studio environment. Connection: For remote recordings, Ray utilizes a high-speed wired connection and prefers high-fidelity platforms over standard video conferencing when possible. Preparation & Content Pre-Interview Brief: To provide the most impactful answers, Ray requests a brief outline or list of key talking points at least 48 hours prior to the recording session. Artist Assets: Upon booking, Ray will provide approved media containing high-resolution headshots, a short-form bio, and correct phonetic pronunciations. Vetting: Ray prioritizes shows that align with his values of authenticity, musical excellence, and community. Rights & Promotion Content Usage: Ray retains the right to use short "behind-the-scenes" clips or audio snippets for his professional portfolio. Collaborative Push: Ray will actively promote the episode across his Instagram (11K+), TikTok, and YouTube channels upon release. We ask that hosts tag @heythereimray in all promotional assets. Release Notification: Please provide a 3 to 7-day notice prior to the episode air date so our team can coordinate social media promotion.
